U.S. Orders

- 1 year - $14.95 U.S. Funds

- 2 year - $24.95 U.S. Funds

Canada Orders (Orders to Canada must be prepaid in U.S. funds)

International Orders (Orders to international addresses must be prepaid in U.S. funds and are sent via air mail)

HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION TO GIRLS' LIFE (GL)?

You can make a payment online. To make a payment by check or money order, send a check or money order (U.S. funds only) with your invoice to Girls' Life (GL), Subscription Office, 4529 Harford Road, Baltimore, MD 21214. Please do not send cash.

WHAT DO I DO IF I'VE RECEIVED A BILL, BUT HAVE ALREADY PAID?

If you have received a bill after you paid for your subscription, the bill and your payment probably crossed in the mail. You can check your account status online or by calling 1-410-426-9600 x1001 (Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm EST) to verify that we have received your payment or to provide additional information about a payment problem.

I RECENTLY SUBSCRIBED TO GIRLS’ LIFE (GL). WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED AN ISSUE?

If you recently ordered a new subscription of Girls' Life (GL) and have not yet received your first issue, please be aware that it takes up to eight weeks to start your subscription. If more than 10 weeks have passed since you placed your order and you still have not received your first issue, please call 1-410-426-9600 x1001 between 9am and 4pm EST Monday through Friday or e-mail subscriptions@girlslife.com any time to notify Customer Service.

HOW OFTEN WILL I GET A MAGAZINE?

Girls' Life (GL) is published every other month, so you will receive six (6) issues per year. You can expect to receive your subscription issue by the 15th of the 1st month of the issue date. For example, you will receive your October/November subscription issue in mid-October.

YOUR MAGAZINE LABEL contains valuable information about your subscription. To ensure that your magazine is delivered to you in the most efficient manner, please verify that your street number, street name, city, state and zip code are correct. This allows the post office to assign the correct +4 zip code, which speeds the delivery of your magazine.

Almost all customer service requests can be handled online. You can look up your account by finding your account number on your label or providing your name and address exactly as it appears on your magazine's mailing label.

When contacting us via U.S. mail, please provide a copy of your magazine's mailing label with your correspondence. If you do not have a copy of your label, please provide your name, address and zip/postal code.

WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRE?

To find out when your subscription will expire, check the label on your magazine. The expiration date is on your label for your convenience.

HOW DO I RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION TO GIRLS' LIFE (GL)?

To renew your subscription click here, or send your renewal request to Girls' Life (GL), Subscription Office, 4529 Harford Road, Baltimore, MD 21214. Please do not send cash. Renewal orders must be received six to eight weeks prior to subscription expiration to assure delivery without a break in service.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY MAILING ADDRESS?

If you've moved, don't forget to bring your GL subscription with you! If you are over 13, you can change your address online, call, fax or snail mail us with your complete name PLUS your new and old address. Otherwise, please ask a parent to do the honors. THANKS!

If you have seen the latest issue of Girls' Life (GL) on the newsstand but have not yet received your copy, it's probably in the mail and will arrive shortly. Please wait until the 30th of the month before the current issue date (i.e., July 30th for the August/September issue) before reporting a problem. HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

To cancel your current subscription, please contact us in writing at Girls' Life (GL), Subscription Office, 4529 Harford Road, Baltimore, MD 21214. Refunds can only be issued for unmailed copies. Please note that if you did not order DIRECTLY from GL, you must contact the agency itself. We can't refund agency orders.
